French Cooking Class
Chef Eric Masson will teach you how to cook a three course dinner that includes:
- Leek and Potato Truffle Soup
- Shrimp Flambeed Pennod
- Fresh berries au gratin
This class includes dinner and wine pairing.

About Chef Eric Masson
Having been executive chef at restaurants in New York and France, Chef Eric Masson is an experienced chef with extensive knowledge of opening restaurants from scratch, food, wine, and all aspects of the restaurant industry. He has conducted cooking classes since 1998 and is consistently appearing on local news stations. Chef Eric Masson was even featured in Wine Enthusiast, an international magazine.
